A culinary specialty, our PIMENT olive oil is made from olives, red peppers and Espelette pepper AOP crushed and extracted together.

Fresh red peppers are crushed at the same time as the olives. The paste thus obtained is then kneaded then centrifuged and filtered in order to remove all traces of humidity. The AOP Espelette pepper is then added directly to the infusing oil and flavors it.

Our spicy olive oil goes perfectly with foods such as pasta, rice, red meats and poultry, or for your marinades but also with fish, shellfish and pizza.

This oil is the result of the meeting of exceptional raw products with know-how focused exclusively on taste.
