The Bastide du Laval is a domain where our family built its own olive oil mill.  

It is in this mill that our multiple award winning olive oils are produced. Some of them have seduced the greatest chefs in France, including the Chef of the Elysée Palace where the French President lives. 

Our family moved here in 1998, after falling under the spell of the estate. Go read the   ABOUT  section to learn more about our story.

Room

WITH A VIEW

From the house, you have a truly exceptional view on the cypresses that surround the garden and the pool. 

You can even get a glimpse of the mountain Luberon in the distance. We wake up every morning with the delightful feeling of living in the very heart of Provence.

The vines

& THE MILL

Surrounded by the cypresses, the olive trees and the vines, stands our oil mill.

Located just a few steps away from the house, it has been built recently in order to produce the best olive oils possible.

During summer, tours of the mill and olive oil tastings are organized. If you have the opportunity, don't hesitate to come and visit, we will be delighted to meet you !

OUR GUESTS

During summertime, we almost exclusively live in the summer kitchen.

It's on this terrace that we we organize gatherings for our family and friends.

We always add lanterns to give a convivial atmosphere to our dinners and parties.
